Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of transformative work do you offer?
My work supports self-led, transformational change through embodied awareness, pattern recognition, and intentional integration.
Sessions are not clinical therapy or traditional energy healing. They are structured, personalized spaces designed to help you understand how your patterns were formed and how to relate to them with greater awareness, choice, and coherence.
The work draws from psychology, somatic awareness, symbolic inquiry, and intentional practice. Depending on what supports you, sessions may include breathwork, meditation, intuitive dialogue, body-based awareness, and other integrative approaches.
What is included is always responsive to your capacity and what is present in the moment.
Who are your sessions for?
This work is for individuals who are ready to engage themselves with greater awareness, responsibility, and intention.
The work may resonate if you:
• Feel disconnected from your body, clarity, or sense of authorship.
• Notice repeating patterns, roles, or emotional loops you’re ready to understand differently.
• Desire greater coherence between your inner world and how you live, lead, or create.
• Are moving through transition, burnout, grief, or identity shifts.
• Are drawn to a grounded, relational, and embodied approach to change.
You do not need prior experience with somatic, intuitive, or reflective practices; only a willingness to be present with yourself.
Do you offer this work for leaders or organizations?
Yes, this work is currently being adapted for leadership and organizational settings. While the language may shift, the foundation remains the same: supporting individuals in developing the internal capacity to stay regulated, connected, and clear in the midst of complexity.
In leadership, this often shows up as the ability to make grounded decisions under pressure, navigate relational dynamics without reactivity, and lead in a way that is both steady and responsive. Rather than focusing on external strategies alone, this work addresses the underlying patterns that shape how leaders think, respond, and relate, especially in moments that matter most.
This application of the work is evolving intentionally and will be introduced more fully soon. If you feel a resonance with this approach, you’re welcome to reach out directly to explore further.
What types of sessions do you offer?
The Unfolding
2-Hour Private Zoom Session
A one-to-one session designed to support embodied insight and intentional integration. Each session begins with a grounding practice to support nervous system safety and presence. From there, we explore patterns, questions, and inner dynamics through a responsive blend of symbolic inquiry (such as tarot, if it resonates), somatic awareness, intuitive dialogue, and practical integration.
The Unfolding is fluid and adaptive. Rather than following a fixed structure, the work is shaped by what is present, what you’re ready to engage, and what supports forward movement without overwhelm.
This work supports movement from understanding into lived, sustained change.
The Reclamation
2-Hour In-Person Session
A deeply personalized, in-person experience designed to support reconnection, embodiment, and inner authorship. This work is designed for moments when the body and nervous system are asking for direct presence and attuned support. Sessions are grounded and paced, with an emphasis on restoring coherence rather than creating catharsis.
Depending on what supports regulation and integration, sessions may include sound, touch-based awareness, aromatics, meditation, symbolic inquiry, and intuitive guidance. Not every modality is used; what matters is what supports clarity, agency, and embodied choice.
Clients often leave feeling more present, resourced, and connected to themselves, not because something was fixed, but because something was reclaimed.
How should I prepare for a session?
For Zoom sessions, choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. Wear clothing that allows you to relax and move easily. Having a journal nearby can be helpful.
For in-person sessions, you’ll receive specific preparation details ahead of time.
In both cases, arriving without expectations and with curiosity about what might unfold creates the most supportive container.
What might I notice afterward?
Experiences vary, but many people notice feeling more grounded, clear, or present. Others notice emotional shifts, insights, or subtle changes in how they relate to themselves in the days that follow.
Because this work supports integration rather than intensity, it’s common for insights to continue unfolding over time. We’ll discuss post-session practices to support regulation, reflection, and continued embodiment.
I’m not sure where to begin. What do you recommend?
If you feel a pull toward this work, that is enough to begin. You don’t need to have clarity yet. The conversation can start there. I offer brief exploratory calls to support you in sensing alignment before committing.
Still have questions?
You are welcome to reach out directly if something isn’t answered here. Whether you are exploring this work for yourself or considering how it may extend into your leadership or organization, I’m available to help you determine whether it’s the right fit.
