Massage Ritual
Move slowly, breathe, and bring awareness to both your hands as well as internal sensations while repeating the mantra, “I Am Sacred.” Continue massaging your abdomen for 10-15 minutes so that you can really bring attention and loving energy into your body. You may find areas that are more tender than others, focus on these areas, but do not induce pain. Sensation and tenderness is okay, just remember to be gentle with your touch. The increase in blood flow to your womb brings cellular healing and nourishment and helps with healthy menstruation and fertility.
Post-ovulation massage is very healing, but not recommended if you may be pregnant. If you are pregnant, we recommend no womb massaging during the first trimester just to be safe, as it can increase nausea. When you are pregnant remember to use soft and gentle movements.
